Our Apartment Development Report tracks recent and planned new construction activity for 60+ predefined neighborhoods, submarkets, and counties in the Tri-county market area.
In addition to the printed report and an Excel file of projects and developers, subscribers can easily create their own custom reports. These custom reports let users zero in on exactly the market area they want. And they provide much more information than we can fit into the printed report. Most custom reports will be 3 or more pages.
In addition to viewing your custom report online, you can print or save it as a professionally formatted PDF file. And you can also download an Excel file of your custom report's results.
The screen shot below shows options you have to choose from in defining your own market area.
Option 1 lets you simply select a predefined county, submarket, or neighborhood. These are the same market areas used in the printed report. however, your custom report will provide more information, and the results can be saved as an Excel file or a PDF.
Options 2 and 3 give you more flexibility.
Option 2 lets you combine two or more predefined neighborhoods. Option 3 gives you even more flexibility. It lets you group any number of census tracts to create a market area that best fits your needs.
